Yummy Szechuan - Réserver une table

This place has recently taken the heavyweight title of BEST Sichuan cuisine in the Bay Area and is now my favorite Chinese restaurant followed by Hunan Impression in San Jose and Royal Feast in Millbrae. I had been going to Sichuan Cuisine out in the Sunset district in SF since I live in the city but I now make the drive to Millbrae just for this place. The food is incredibly flavorful you get that intense smoked wok flavor clinging to most dishes. Had a great meal for lunch. The spicy beef was so tender. It melted in the mouth. Great spices too. The Dan Dan noodles in spicy sauce were also really delicious. But my favorite part was definitely the dumplings in spicy sauce. It is one of my favorite things when I get this style of food and they knock it out of the darkness. I would have drunk the sauce. The staff was very nice. In any case, a point worthy of support.

Good place for Szechuan food, with plenty of choice, and good taste. There is an eggplant dish (see the picture), which requires reservation in advance, as only the Chef's boss can work on it, and it took 20 minutes more than other dishes (so be careful if you are in a hurry). I think it tastes just like other eggplants, but it's definitely more elegant.

The spicy food here is delicious and authentic, and the spicy fish fillet is so delicious that it is worth recommending! But no spicy homemade dishes, steamed rolls and roasted dumplings are too common, and there is no aftertaste. The portion speed is quite fast, and the hygiene is not bad.

Unbelievable. Just the best! Very good service, and the waiters are so friendly and attentive. High-quality, wild fresh food and very large portions.
