i have ordered from this Chinese before and have left items off my delivery. This was a special Mothers day meal for the family 9 of us costing £70 and was told when ordering they only took cash had to make a dash to a ATM they have always taken card payments before. when the delivery came we were missing 2 items being satay sauce and sweet and sour sauce i phone only to be told they would add them on to my next order !!! as you can imagine the food was very dry, the young man on the phone did not care less attitude and was rude customer service zero
Januay 29th 10.45 pm Just got a takeaway from here as our normal one was closed, shredded crispy chilli beef large pancake roll and sweet and sour chicken balls Singapore fried rice. Well where to start, The crispy beef was like jelly, the jumbo pancake roll was like a soggy birds nest the chicken balls were doughy and the sauce was like a cheap pot of jelly too. The rice was tasteless and the meat wasn't fresh, still ate it coz I was starving, will never order from here again, see how it fares in the morning dash for the karzy.
The good was 30 mins plus late and stone cold, the pancake roll was so oily the oil ran out of the bag it was in, it was inedible. The prawn curry was half normal size and mostly onion with three prawns, it was congealed where it was cold. The special fried rice had been cooked long before it got to me, the whole meal had been cooked over an hour. It was disgusting and went straight into the bin. The worst Chinese meal I have ever had, disgusting.

£9 got me a Duck Curry and a Pancake Roll, a little bit expensive, but a large portion. Ordered the curry without onion and peas, but it came with a lot of mushrooms. The curry had plenty of duck, but the skin was fatty, not crispy, and the sauce was average. The pancake roll was huge, and came with a small pot of sauce. It was very soggy and greasy. Service was fast, but vague, not at all friendly, but efficient.
Not only did the little boy behind the counter try to overcharge me TWICE, When I got the order home it was wrong. The boy behind the counter was far more interested in his laptop than my order or anyone else. The food was terrible. I have been a chef for 35+ years and I often get asked for recommendations so regarding this place take a very wide birth. Worst service and food I have ever had .....by far.
£9.10 for a takeout of duck Curry and fried rice. The portion was of a good enough size,but quality and size are about average for our area. The server was not very knowledgeable,and I had left the shop when a lady came running after me to tell me they did indeed have what I wanted after all. After this service was fast,and the product was enjoyed.
I used to live near this Chinese business and the food wasn't bad at all! However I reckon it has changed hands and the new owners really do not have much idea about cooking proper oriental food! My chicken curry was tasteless and ridiculously overpriced at £7.40. How do people get away with selling such rank food for so long! Richard Wood.

The food we had delivered tonight was disgusting the chips were part cooked and cold the gravy was slimy , the shredded beef was just hard and empty , and the sweet and sour chicken balls were dry and over cooked ,flatly refused to refund money would not entertain using this place again or recommend anyone using it ..
the atmosphere in was sincere and excellent food personally you should-check it out and the suites the food so don't hate on it
