Please don't eat here, at least not during this time because these employees don't have it together. My family and I came here yesterday for takeout. First, no one was wearing masks. Second, the people making our food weren't wearing masks and spent the entire time talking to each other over our food. Third, we asked to have everything in separate bags (it was a large order), and they gave us everything in one bag smashed together. I stopped by yesterday to grab some takeout, and it was absolutely delicious! Unfortunately, we devoured our food before I remembered to take a picture. I tried the veggie burger—I'm not a vegan, but I wanted to switch things up, and I loved it! My son ordered a double cheeseburger and a milkshake, and he didn’t say a word until he finished both! Everything was cooked perfectly, and I couldn't get enough of the fries, especially those crispy bits. So tasty! I had a great experience with the burger—it was scrumptious, albeit a little messy due to the abundance of toppings, which I actually appreciate. The staff was incredibly friendly as well. When I requested a small soda, the cashier charged me for a small but kindly offered me a large instead. I’m not sure what inspired this unexpected gesture, but honestly, who would refuse a larger drink? Definitely not someone you’d feel comfortable trusting, and certainly not me!
The previous owners were pleasant, but this restaurant was unfortunately shut down by the health department. However, the new owner—or possibly the new management—has made a wonderful impression! I highly recommend Z-Burger for its food, service, and friendly staff. Even though I'm not a vegan, the veggie burgers are amazing! I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The burger was huge, delicious, and piled high with a variety of toppings. The staff always greet you with a smile, which is an added bonus. The regular fries are so generous that they could easily serve a small family. This place is definitely one of my go-to spots for burgers!
This Z Burger location is great! The food was just as tasty as it was at the old White Marsh site. The dining area looked nice, but unfortunately, it was closed during my visit due to regulations. I ordered online, and my food was ready right on time. Overall, I had a positive experience here!
I was so happy to walk into Z-Burger today! The staff was great and so happy to see us! The food was really good. I had a double cheeseburger w everything and my wife had a hot dog w relish mustard and ketchup. So good. We will be back and we hope to be able to eat inside the next time!!
We just ordered three cheeseburgers and fries through Uber eats, and it was great! As good, if not better than, Five Guys but cheaper, and it got here 20 minutes earlier than expected.
