Last night, Saturday 04th March I placed a telephone order at 1850hrs for a takeaway to be delivered. The waiter took my order £53.46. I was told by the waiter it would be approximately 1 hour for delivery. After an hour and a half I called the restaurant (Zaal) to find out where our food was. I could here the manager tell the waiter it was just leaving the kitchen and would be with us in 15mins. 20mins later the delivery driver called to say he was outside the block of flats and he’d rung the intercom. Our intercom hasn’t rung so I told him to ring it again, to which he replied, I’ve given the order to a young man with curly hair and glasses, your son!!!!He came and took it for me. I told t...
Theiving b@× €¥ds! Took our order, over £50, then 2 hours later their delivery driver gave our food to someone else! The delivery driver was clueless as to who he had given our food to and then disappeared! When calling the restaurant to enquire and complain about what was happening with our order my wife was promptly told by the manager (heard clearly in the background) to f#@k off. We still haven't had an explanation as to why we didn't receive our food, a call back from the manager or if we are getting a refund. Absolutely awful service, avoid at all costs
