Stumbled across this restaurant and was greeted by the male server who was very friendly and welcoming throughout the meal. When we went to the bar and ordered our food, we were taken aback by the rudeness of the staff. We wouldn’t be one to complain about service as it’s very subjective, but the staff were so unfriendly, stared at us instead of coming over to take our orders and spoke with an unnecessary attitude. I understand if you have issues with your job, but it’s a bit unprofessional to take your frustrations out on paying customers. Never actually managed to eat at this establishment. Twice we attempted to get service. First time we were one minute early and the lazy girl responsible refused to open the door. Blow me down, four days later , door was open , we actually managed to walk in but “ lazy girl” was too busy reclining on some seats as she attended to the critically important business in her phone. This time we were refused a seat as they would not officially open for another few minutes. This conversation conducted with “ madam” reclining in her cushions. My family has been coming to Noosa for years and this restaurant has always been our go-to for delicious pizza by the river. However, we were disappointed to see a decline in the level of service during our recent visit. The food was decent and we still loved the duck pizza. It would have been nice if the server had mentioned the specials when we were ordering, as we missed out on complimentary house drinks by not specifically asking for them when we ordered two large pizzas.

Great spot for a casual night out. Fantastic to be able to walk in and get a table at 6pm at the front of the restaurant. Service was fab by local staff and the pizzas delicious. Highly recommended for a non-expensive night out on Hasting st.

The staff at the restaurant were unwelcoming and seemed like they didn't want to be there. As a local, I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. - Greg
