Shame the stars only go up to 5 as this place deserves more! Lovely warm welcome when we entered (myself, Mum and Sis by a lovely lady behind the counter. We took our seats, which was quite amusing as we are all under 5 ' but we had a giggle getting up on the seats/benches which only made our visit more fun and gave the owner a giggle too, as well as my Sis getting stuck on the chair! Having done some research we knew what we wanted so off we go to order two Knickerbocker Glory 's and one 3 Scoop Sundae (which took some deciding from the 22 different flavours! Have to say, my KG was absolutely gorgeous so much fruit and jelly too, not all Gelato as in other places. My Mum and Sis enjoyed the...
Having visited Zachary’s many a time over the last few years I must say I’ve never had a bad experience. I visited today with my mum and we were welcomed with warm smiles and hellos. I had a bubble waffle with two scoops of ice cream and it was absolutely delicious (I cannot exaggerate enough!! The actual shop is gorgeous with marble tables, rainbows walls and low high seats accessible to all. The outside area is also lovely to sit and people watch and enjoy the fresh air. Overall our treats were very fairly priced for portions sizes and especially compared to other local ice cream sweet treat shops. I’d 100% recommend to anyone but especially families due to the fun atmosphere!
Firstly i’d like to say i do NOT agree with the negative reviews at all! Me and my friend visited today and it was worth the 30 minute drive out. Everything is made with top quality fresh ingredients…and it is shown in the taste you definitely get what you pay for, the quality is FAB! All made from scratch and have so much flavour! Their is a wide range of flavours and different deserts to suit even the picky eaters indoor and outdoor looks stunning such a nice place to sit in out outdoors, we had such a lovely warm welcome on arrival and spoke to the lady in charge for a while who does such a great job! We will be returning again!
Took my three children here recently for puddings when one needed the toilet suddenly. The owner would not let us use the customer toilet and claimed this is closed due to covid! Everywhere else has their toilets open and this is a legal requirement! As a place that predominantly attracts people with children the owner should address this. Réservez une table maintenant
Fantastic visit to Zachary’s. We were a family group of 7 and 3 dogs all in need of a tasty ice cream dessert and we all really enjoyed it, great choice of flavours and extras, great service too for such a large group. Loved the outdoor spacious terrace great for the dogs. Definitely will visit again.
Visited this place yesterday with my son after being recommended by a work colleague. I must say I was very impressed. Spoilt for choice with the yummy ice creams. My son said it was the best ice cream he has ever had! Will definitely be calling again. Beautiful cosy place with a warm welcome.
