I have to say when a place starts caring about making more money and not about customer service and cleanliness will start to lose business. I have been here dozens of times and passed few times worse and worse service.1) Credit card machine has been out of service for many many months and that's no excuse to force customers to have CASH only.2) Dine in tables are dirty and not clean and floors are very sticky.3) Bathroom does not have soap or soap dispenser.4) Hair found in one of our sandwich's
Fries were good and chicken strips tasted really good. Mediocre sandwiches. Tried the fajita and the crispy chicken. Both were very cold even though I ordered at the store and waited for over 40 minutes at the table for my to-go order. I understand people come in line but they definitely prioritise the food pickup services rather than in-store orders. When I walked in I was the only one in the store. So my advice is to call in your order even if you are parked outside.
Steak sub was soggy. No cheese in it not toasted, fattoush was bland missing pita chips. Steak sub prolly worst I ever had!!! No green peppers, onions or mushrooms or cheese.I thought this place would be good for my first time and most likely my last.
The cashier was nice but the cooks were rude coughing over my sub then leaving out items that were supposed to come on it. Just nasty and not nice. Won't be back ever.Vegetarian options: Just wanted a veggie sub and got mostly lettuce.
