The staff then instructed my husband to call the number on the order, which turned out to ring at the restaurant itself. When he inquired about having our food remade—since we had 11 guests waiting at home for lunch—they refused, claiming they had already lost too much money on the initial order and that fulfilling ours had delayed other orders. Given that their menu isn’t particularly extensive, it seems they could have easily remade our $200 order and avoided disappointing customers.

The food here used to be fantastic, and the previous staff were always friendly. I've been a loyal customer for many years. However, on my most recent visit, I encountered a very rude woman who had a terrible attitude toward the customers. She charged my friend for a full combo that was supposed to include a drink, only to later claim that the combo didn't come with one, forcing him to pay for a drink separately. The quality of the food has also declined. The beef and lamb shawarma, which used to be fresh and delicious, now tastes quite different and less appealing. Unless they revert to their former standards and let go of this unpleasant employee, I won't be coming back.
First Time I ordered for Lunch and Through Door Dash it was Absolutely Delicious!!!! 2nd Time same thing Lunch and DoorDash and it was soooo Bad!!! The rice was washed out not it?s normal yellow color No flavor.. My Chicken Was At least a Day Old ? Smelled Like Raw Chicken it was so Bad I got the big box Too paid $25 and some change and It sucked !!!!
It was a takeout. The owner attendants we're friendly and courteous. Food quantity was good but not value for money. The ingredients could be fresher. But can recommend the place. Good food. One of my favorite places to est healthy. Anytime I want medeterain food I run to Zakys to satisfy my craving and hunger. The employees treat you very well and are very hospitable. Always take care of you like a true valued customer. I never feel like there just there to take your money.
Natasha was very helpful and lovely. She walked us through their menu and showed us the different sizes. Food was prepared very quickly and she even showed us the completed plates before packing everything for us to go. Left with enough food for leftovers tomorrow!! Yum!
Amazing food , first timers we got a family meal amazing service, and cashier was top notch service. Natasha and chef were amazing to us felt like I was home in my own kitchen. Lovely lunch date with my fiancé. I recommend this place if your feeling hungry:D
I encountered this place somewhat by accident, but I'm glad I did. Some of the best falafel I have eaten, and really good side salad. The store was clean and the service was good.
