Excellent food and customer service. Always very friendly staff that ask if it's you're first time into the restaurant. Staff are quite helpful and will explain their unique process to completing your order, and will even offer a taste of something if you're unsure or curious. Have personally eaten here 3-4 times over the last year (2020) and can honestly say it's been a very consistent, delicious, in-expensive, and delightful experience for both eat-in and take out orders. I highly recommend the healthy platter; it's one of their most commonly ordered items. I've been to ZamZam a few times and have never been disappointed! The only problem I have is trying to decide what to get because everything is delicious, but I usually get a small platter and it's more than enough food. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and give me soup for free every time I visit, which is always a bonus!I introduced my sister to this place as well, and now we always stop there at some point when she's visiting from out of town because she loves it too! She got a wrap instead of a platter last time, and they loaded it so much that the wrap wouldn't even close. I'm always happy to support ZamZam because of the great experience I have every time!
Incredible, delicious! We had one of the “healthy platters”. The food was wonderfully spiced, from the tandoori chicken to the vegetable rice, pure ambrosia. The manager, Hussein Nahle greeted us with a smile and, he was knowledgeable, and helpful. The prices are reasonable. The decor is fresh and bright. The restaurant very clean. Best take out/eat in place I have been to in a long while. I only hope they expand to Ontario!
Usually a pretty good meal, I prefer zam zams more as a lunch option myself. I was there the other day food wasn't to bad as always however the owner I believe he is, is usually more up beat and friendly happy to greet customers and this time he wasn't, maybe a bad day not sure but it's what I liked most about zam zams was the customer service you received. Overall decent food price is so so, freshness is par to semi OK.
