The service was equally impressive, earning another perfect 5. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the ordering process smooth and enjoyable.
Lastly, the atmosphere of the restaurant really enhanced the overall experience. Even though I was taking out, the ambiance was inviting and well-maintained, deserving another top rating.

I placed my order over the phone and was told it would be ready for pickup in 10 minutes. It was right on time and hot when I arrived. There was a bit of confusion with my order, but the manager quickly resolved it and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The staff was very friendly, and the front of the restaurant was clean. The chicken offerings were excellent, and the fries were outstanding with a generous amount of seasoning.
The restaurant offers a diverse selection of food, along with excellent salads. Parking is sufficient, and the management appears dedicated to providing quality food and service. The staff at the register are generally friendly. Overall, it's one of the better fast food choices at this exit, and I find myself dining there approximately once a week.
This place offers an amazing lunch experience, especially if you're looking for a budget-friendly option. The food is outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5! The crinkle fries are a must-try, and the chicken fingers are equally delicious. On top of that, the service is exceptional, also deserving of a 5 out of 5. Highly recommend!

I really enjoy Zaxby's, but this particular location could improve its customer service. For my takeout lunch, which cost around $10–20 per person, the food was decent but the service was lacking. I would rate the food a 2, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 2. If you go, I recommend trying the chicken wings and crinkle fries.
In the toilet on the way in and found it in the need of attention. TP on the whole floor and overflowing garbage can. Not a good first impression. The rest of the restaurant seemed clean and the service was quick and friendly. I had the Buffaloed Blue Salad that was delicious. It had beautiful pieces of blue cheese in it.
I visited Zaxby's for the first time, and despite the crowd, the service was impressively quick. They provided me with plenty of napkins, ketchup, and ranch dressing to take home. The highlight of my meal was definitely the chicken wings; they were delicious with a perfectly crispy skin.
Delicious and fresh food! The staff addressed the one concern we had promptly. The restrooms were also very clean.
