Zaxby's - Réservation de table

Historically, I have not had any issues with this Zaxby’s. Service and quality has always been great. However, today this particular salad was served with room temperature, old lettuce. Some of the lettuce was slimy and mushy. This is a major health hazard and a great way to get sick. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until I made it back to work during my lunch break and didn’t have time to go back and have them re make it. This is the first time this has happened to me, so I’m not going to take them over the coals. But, the owner manager needs to know what happened and better manage quality.

I have been going to this Zaxby's for years. The last few times I was here, the food wasn't as good. I noticed that the workers were goofing off a lot behind the counter. I'm all for having a good time at work, but not at the expense of getting my order wrong. The chicken was overcooked and dry, the salad was good but the portion was small, and the fries were done well. I hate to leave negative reviews, but I have had multiple bad experiences recently. Hopefully, they can address these issues. For $40-$50 for a meal, I am unsure if it is worth going back to this location.

HEY OWNER! STOP MAKING YOUR PEOPLE SERVE OLD, INEDIBLE FOOD!!! one of my three pieces of chicken was semi edible. My fries were mostly dried up, dark brown, gross. My toast was stale. Y'all couldn't have given me a worse experience if you tried. I want my damn 9 dollars back. This is the second time I've had this experience, the last time was several months ago.

There are only a few restaurants that our whole family enjoys, and Zaxby's is one of them. We always order the family meal with chicken and large toast. My only issue is that they don't give enough fries compared to the amount of chicken, so I always order extra. We love this place and eat there at least two or three times a month. I personally don't like her eating. this day I ordered a new burger. this burger was not properly cooked. it was over and so hard I couldn't bite it. the management here really has to go home because the manager is really bad in the heart. I couldn't make her replace this evil burger and they spoke to me like a dog.

It's a well run Zaxby's, they stay busy but keep things moving at a decent pace. Missing a star because the bathroom had no soap. Like the empty bottle had been removed from the automatic dispenser but had not been replaced.

This restaurant consistently delivers orders without any issues. However, the staff working on July 16, 2022 should be repositioned, as there have been frequent delays during the lunch rush at the drive-thru.

The food was tasty, the restaurant was spotless, and the staff were extremely welcoming.
