This store deserves 0 stars with the level of professionalism shown by not only a crew member but also managers. I only caught two names Shanna and Jones the other i think was named Erika I couldn 't tell, but these three ladies were sitting in the drive thru talking about some poor woman who was simply trying to get a refund to her card, and it seemed like they were making it so much harder than it needed to be and insulting her!! If youre poor just tell us And I don 't care if she calls corporate good luck finding the number were just the PG comments. Dropped in for a quick to go meal. The wings were crispy and done well. I'm sure Zaxby's is franchise just like every other fast food restaurant. It's just hard to believe that the owner of the Tuscaloosa Zaxby cares so little for their business. Don't get me wrong the food is good but the condition of the outside is really ghetto!

I had what was possibly the best customer service in fast food here the other day! All of the young men working here provided fast, excellent, service and were so nice!
