Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I typically try a restaurant a few times before leaving a negative review, but I’ve reached my limit with this Zaxby’s. The customer service has consistently been poor, and the quality of the food is hit or miss. Today was no exception; I experienced the same issues yet again. I won’t go into detail here, but I can say I won’t be returning to this location.

This was my first experience at Zaxby's, and I ordered the fries along with the honey BBQ boneless chicken. Wow! The fries were incredibly tasty, and the chicken coated in honey BBQ sauce was delicious. If I lived closer to a Zaxby's, it would definitely be my go-to spot whenever I was craving something good!

There's nothing quite like ordering a four-finger plate with double fries instead of coleslaw, only to receive a child's meal served on a round plate. In fact, the child's meal we ordered had more fries than the adult portion. To top it off, we had to wait 20 minutes for our order.

First time eating here. Was good for a quick bite to eat. Manager was friendly and attentive. Place was clean and surfaces were cleaned regularly. Would definitely go back for some Chicken any day.

Food was pretty good. They were pretty busy for lunch and we didn't wait long for our food. We would definitely go there again.
