I absolutely love the food here; it's fantastic! The only downside I've experienced is the waiting time. The staff does their best to get your food out quickly, but during my recent visit to the drive-thru, it took 45 minutes to receive my order, and I only had an hour for lunch. I had ordered wings and things with the nuclear sauce, which was amazing! I can't say enough good things about the food—it's delicious! My kids also enjoy eating here, so I'm really happy we have a Zaxby nearby. The wait is definitely worth it!
Today was a bit frustrating for me, as I drove 20 minutes to have a meal with my children. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the young lady taking orders. She was incredibly polite and even greeted my screaming 2-year-old with a cheerful "hey." She made sure my order was correct and even assisted me as I was leaving the parking lot. Thank you for the excellent service! I apologize for not catching her name, but it was around 5:14 PM. Thanks again from a tired mom!
Food was great and fresh. It was my first time at this location. The only thing that made my experience a bit troubling was that the wait was surprisingly long for the food. Especially since we went inside to get the food verses the drive through. It was approximately 30 min wait. It honestly would have need faster to go through the drive through. Beyond that, if you catch it on a good day, I would recommend a visit.
I worked at Zaxby’s several years ago and truly enjoyed my time there, as well as the camaraderie with my coworkers. Since then, I've developed an obsession with their food and try to eat there as often as possible. It’s a fantastic dining spot, thanks to the friendly atmosphere. I think I'm a Chicken Finger Kenner, and this place offered one of the best chicken experiences I had in a while. The boneless Wings N Things came out hot, the cash registers were super friendly, and the toilets were well kept. Would surely come by for another visit.
