I had a truly disappointing experience at Zen Restaurant And Sushi Bar. The food was surprisingly bland and overcooked, which was a letdown. The dumplings were poorly prepared, and the Crab Rangoon was just as underwhelming. On top of that, they didn’t provide any sauce with our General Tso's or sesame chicken. The prices were unreasonably high considering the subpar quality and small portion sizes. Unlike other places, they didn’t even fill the takeout containers properly. I’m especially disappointed since I chose this restaurant based on its positive Google reviews, many of which are 4 or 5 stars. We visited Zen Restaurant And Sushi Bar for the first time a few weeks ago and had a wonderful experience, so my husband chose to celebrate his birthday dinner there. The food is excellent, but during our second visit, we ran into some service issues. Unfortunately, two employees got into a confrontation that involved inappropriate language. Since we were there with our grandchildren, my husband felt compelled to ask them to be more careful with their language around the children. It was disappointing that this incident put a damper on our celebration.
I was in a shushi bar today, but I wasn’t happy with this place and the service that the server provided. The price is too much for the quality food what was there. The portion is too small and is not enough. The server who served me was smiling while spilling my soup. She didn't apologized and didn't know much about the menu in the restaurant. Furhter, when I was having dinner they started sweeping the floor and I felt all the dust all around. They ruined my dinner and I do not recommend you to come here if you want to have your food without dust.
We spent a significant amount of money but ended up with a meal that made us all sick. Our first visit was outstanding and made us eager to return, but our second experience was completely different. The sushi tasted off, and when we notified the waitress, she simply said she was sorry and walked away. The next time we saw her, we received the bill with no adjustments made, despite only eating one piece of the sushi. We won’t be returning.

The sushi rolls at Zen Restaurant and Sushi Bar are outstanding! The atmosphere is charming, and the service is top-notch. They were very flexible in customizing the specialty roll I requested.
Great service. I also really enjoyed the food there. I love unagi don (eel and rice) it comes with salad and miso soup. YUMMY!!!!
I tried the Vegetable Delight and the Mongolian Beef, and both were flavorful. However, I didn't enjoy the fried rice.
