I was in the area and decided to go to a familiar restaurant chain while I was on a meeting. Everyone was pleasant and I had to show my vaccination card, take ID and my temperature with a free standing machine. I sat in a booth that had all Plexiglas distributors for social distancing. The food arrived very quickly. My waitress was very pleasant and I asked if I could stay until my meeting started within 1 hour and 30 minutes, she told me to take my time. She was great.
Waitress held water tray wrong so edge hit table and spilled 2 glasses of ice water on me. She apologized and moved us to another table. Accidents do happen but some sort of compensation like free dessert was not even offered, just paper towels that did nothing to dry up my soaked clothes. Waitress then got my brother's order wrong. Zippy's usually is fine but this was one of my worst experiences there.
First timer glad I tried it! The Zippy's Pac supreme was pretty good all around with good variety and crispiness. The oxtail soup was good but really not worth the ~27 dollar price tag apparently it used to be ~17 and that would be an agreeable amount. LOVED the glazed mochizada though and it'd be even better warmed up :P
Call the time to make a reservation, sit down and order the SURF PAC and close it. I ate the whole plate and I didn't care to even command a few Malasadas to go. Nice people, great service, clean fugue, free parking and some good locals eat. They had to roll me out of it and I barely made it alive. Yeah, it was so good. Réservez une table maintenant
Great eats on the beach after our morning. We went to the end of June and we were comforted in the restaurant's security practices. We made reservations on an app before our seats were checked and Plexiglas separated the customers. Very clean and staff were great! I wish we had Zippys in Los Angeles!
I would have liked to give this place a better rating but there was only one cashier during lunch hour and it took a long time to place an order and then receive my food.
Very friendly staffs. I ate many desserts after chicken. I felt I gained 20lbs after this dinner . Brownie with nuts and rainbow cake were good.
I love zipper and this place is my favorite. The Korean chicken and the chicken catsu were great and their Portuguese bean soup is the best! Réservez une table maintenant

"Super tasty tonkatsu! We were lucky and able to sit outside (as we did not have reservations). The way they breaded the pork is just plain amazing. It's kinda difficult to explain as you just need to try and experience it yourself. The food here is pretty good and worth to check out."
