This is the second bad experience at this food chain and will be the last. Went to Cabot circus for dinner, around 7pm. It was empty. Sat down and ordered two meals from the ousaka special menu and also took a couple of plates from the belt. A table of four people sat in front of us ordered after us. We waited and waited, the table of four received their ordered meals and we still waited. The kitchen at this point was empty. No chef, no one. Went for the bottomless sushi deal tonight with low expectations but had to leave a review as we were pleasantly suprised! For £59 for 2 people it was an amazing deal. Super busy but the chefs worked hard to keep the belt full so we had lots of choice and more than got our moneys worth, it wasnt just cheaper plates either there was a good selection of their most expensive sushi options. The sushi obviously isnt top restaurant quality but very good for the price. The waiters were friendly and available if we needed anything, after being put off a few years back we are glad we gave it another go. So awful. We have left and are on our way to the one at cribbs causeway. The service is so bad and it's dirty in there. They just avoiding looking or coming over to us when it was obvious we wanted something. They all seemed so uninterested and ignorant. I managed to eventually get someone over to pay for the two things my son picked up then left. Hopefully he doesn't get food poisoning. Don't bother and go elsewhere. I'm never going in there again.
The food was terrible, the service was even worse, we ordered a lot from the menu, after which it was supposedly cooked, everything was ready in a box, the things we ordered, we had to ask for the names of what was what. 2 of the things we ordered were wrong and we returned them to the cook, she made us new ones but they were also tasteless

Walked in today to an empty restaurant at 12 noon. Asked for a table for two and was shown to the Sushi bar. We requested seating with a back rest rather than stools and was told we couldn't have a booth because we were not a party of 4. The restaurant was empty, all the booths were empty, the server would not budge. So we walked out.
Disgusting experience….Spicy tuna with sriracha!!!!! Non a sushi with a sauce or something crunchy on top , everything very bland taste and tuna was tasting everything but not a fish for sure
Anna was an absolutely amazing waitress, she was so on it and very lovely to my friends and I throughout. The food was great and we were well taken care of. Will definitely be going again :
Tasty food, friendly staff, nice casual atmosphere. Be prepared to break the bank if you’re as much of a sushi aficionado as I am though, the food adds up in price fast.

Absolutely disgusting pricing. Over £100 for 2 adults and 2 children and we’re all still hungry!!! Just don’t bother
