On a busy Thursday night the serving staff were insufficient to give us a good night out. Lack of cutlery, drinks that didn't arrive and 1 main course (a salad) that arrived 5 minutes after the other 2 main courses made it a bit stressful. Good was good and we just felt sorry for the staff who seemed run off their feet.
Having booked a table for 2 online at 3.00pm for 7.30pm and having asked for a sea view we got exactly that despite the restaurant being rightly very busy. We are regulars as a couple and or as a family extended family as we own a property in Falmouth so will continue to be loyal customers at Zizzis.
on the whole a pleasant experience but whilst I applaud your attitude to people with allergies many coeliacs are also dairy intollerant and as such my daughter was unable to have a dessert.
Birthday booking but the restaurant didn’t have our reservation even though I had confirmation emails from Open Table. Very embarrassing but thankfully we were able to be squeezed in. Réservez une table maintenant
Unfortunately, either OpenTable or the restaurant has misplaced our reservation on Valentine's Day, but the staff was still able to accommodate us at a nice table.
The food was excellent as always. The service was top-notch and having a table by the coast was perfect. We will definitely return. Thank you.
