When you order from a website, you expect the food to resemble what is displayed, or at the very least, to be similar. Unfortunately, my soup looked nothing like the images online, and the portion was exceedingly small. I called the restaurant to express my dissatisfaction and requested a refund for the soup that didn't meet my expectations, but they only offered to replace it with a different soup. I ordered zoup for catering an event and the confirmation order was to have it delivered by 11:30 a.m. It was 11:40 a.m. and no food yet. I tried calling several times with it going straight to voicemail. Finally, we got ahold of a local business next door and they had to check on it at 12:01 p.m. they just left. They did not arrive until 12:25 p.m. an HOUR late! We were supposed to eat at noon. This was the worst experience as I couldn't get ahold of ANYONE and they were so late. This is unacceptable and there was no explanation. I'm so glad we ordered through a third party company as they refunded us in full. If we ordered it directly through Zoup they would've not given us a full refund....
I'm currently sitting here with my 9-year-old daughter, and we're about to leave. The food is good, but unfortunately, all the staff are gathered at the ordering counter, talking loudly and using foul language while discussing inappropriate topics. I'm quite disappointed with their lack of professionalism, which has overshadowed our first experience at this restaurant. Because of this, we won’t be returning. I regret leaving a tip, as I wouldn't have done so had I known we'd have to endure that kind of atmosphere.

it’s kind of funny when they can’t get one thing right with your order. i ordered a cup of lobster bisque with half a pesto grilled cheese. they gave me a try 2 lobster bisque (which tastes really iffy, not their usual lobster bisque) and grilled cheese dippers, along with forgetting the piece of french bread. i used to work at a zoup so it’s really disappointing to say the least.
Spent a lot of time here during the holidays unfortunately, and every time I tried Zoup, I couldn’t even order. Really young staff that don’t know what they’re doing.I stood in line for over 10 minutes without even being acknowledged while no one else was there this most recent time before finally just leaving.Terrible service
First time , my daughter in law tried Zoup, we both just loved it. We tried a couple soups. The staff was great, the soups were to die for. I thought the price was spot on. Zoup has made our new lunch go to. Vegetarian options: If you can't find something great,stay home and cook it yourself
While I was deciding what to order, the girl at the counter recommended her favorite soup and kindly let me sample it. It was delicious! I really appreciated the friendly, homely vibe of this place.

Love this place! Conveniently located next to a Starbucks. Very reasonably priced as well! Combos are offered with fair portions! Dietary restrictions: Healthy options!
