It's funny: If you drive a few kilometers out of the overloaded Ruhr area, you'll find the most amazing restaurants and also save one or the other euro. So it's also at the Försterhaus, which I accidentally discovered during the driveway and reserved there a few days later. This is a good-bourgeois cuisine; Pizza, Gyros or Döner you won't find here, but it's probably western-fälische specialities such as cramps or fried blood sausages. The foods at my visit were high quality and did not look like the bar, the price for it was more than fair and you can say: extremely inexpensive. The ambience is rustic and certainly not at the level of time, but this is exactly what makes a culinary journey...
We were there for the first time, at the food you can't criticize anything, very tasty, sufficient and nicely dressed. The service was friendly, the waiting period was not long. The 5 star lacks the ambience, it is clean, but rather Gelsenkirchener Barock. You might have to adjust the whole thing to the name, e.g. in a hunting silence. Nevertheless we come back as it was just delicious
Very delicious German food. Service impeccable. Even dogs welcome. Always recommended: Krüstchen. All portions are also available as small, as well as being taken into consideration and freshly prepared. Very delicious and well seasoned. Operation very nice, thoughtful and polite. Simple class:
