"After a two-and-a-half-hour tour on the Rhine in the sports boat, we had decided with our skipper to let the day end with a dinner in the Heurigen near the boat mooring. Our last visit has been a good one year, so it is right for a new evaluation. Since my smartphone has stayed at home during this tour, unfortunately there are no photos, so much on the way. For first impressions, please visit the homepage: [here link] to visit. It should be said to the hypocrisy that the inn was first mentioned in 1870 and thus is the oldest in Gustavsburg without interruption. Nowadays, it is a popular destination from April to October for cyclists and rafters who like to satisfy hunger and thirst in one of the most beautiful beer gardens of Hessen. Ambience therefore 4*. The beer garden offers about 50 people square, the guest room inside the summer, when the beer garden is open, remains estimated 30 people. The menu includes small dishes such as Strammer Max etc, various flame cakes, dishes for children, salad variations, schnitzel and ragsteak dishes, turkey steaks and sweet desserts. On the hot Friday evening, we beat up to five in the beer garden, and we had another big table. Immediately we were greeted by the female serviceman friendly with I am right with you! That really didn't take long, we knew what we wanted the three olds to choose alk-free wheat, the youth of Cola. The beer costs 3.30 (0.5l), the Cola beats to beech with 2.80 (0.4l). After a short waiting period, the well-cooled drinks were served by friendly lady and then the food order was added. We chose once the salad plate with roasted turkey breast strips (8,50), twice onion chips small with frying potatoes and side salad to each 7.50 and twice cream chips large with fries and side salad to 9.80 each. The supplemental salad was served quite flott, unfortunately the one that lost quality compared to last year, only head salad, carrots and celery strips from the glass, and a boring dressing about it was unfortunately nix. The salad plate with turkey breast stripes was tastefully ok, as I was able to experience, and visually looked better around worlds like the side-layer brother. The two who had ordered the cream chips in large did not make their portion and let the meat remains be packed. The sauce was Convenience, but it tasted the eaters and is also suitable for a beer garden. My onion carving in small was the right choice, because it was still great enough to get me fed up with the very tasty roast potatoes. The onions were also very delicious. For the food 3*, the side salad and the sauce prevented the full score. That's why only 4.5* at the PLV. There was nothing to complain about cleanliness, only the toilets are a bit busy and tiny, good conscience 4*. The service was friendly, fleissig and always well-launted 4* Conclusion: We couldn't have let the Friday night sound nicer!"
