amazing the experience of the bar tasting menu with the preparation of live dishes. the food was exquisite, all the dishes cared for in detail and the ingredients of a very good quality. the atmosphere is super nice, marta is a person with whom it gives drip to treat and that makes you feel at home. Borja prepares each dish with mime and explains each one of them, transmitting the passion it feels for the Japanese cuisine and culture. of course we will repeat and recommend it, a unique and innovative site in burgos, which is appreciated. If you're looking for something different and surprising, this is your place.
