In the heart of town, next to cinema and about 2 minutes from Place de Gaulle. It is not really a bar per se; only one small table with stools and although one could set at the counter (3-4 stools), one wouldn'tfeel comfortable here unless the tables were full, Friendly efficient staff who permitted us to change our table without fuss. Took the order quickly and service was timely. We opted for the "super" house wine which we would judge as just OK; recommend you choose by the glass or a good bottle instead, as there's a good selection at reasonable prices. Regrettably, these do not appear on any of the menus in or outside the restaurant, so do ask.The platter of cured hams and meat, and a litttle cheese, was outstanding: copious, very fresh, varied, thinly sliced a l'Italien and full of flavour; well worth the 22 Euros. There's also a smaller plattter for Eur 9 at another table that would be perfect for one. The place wasn't busy for a Friday evening but it was a very cold, windy night.Personally, I'd like the owners to render the interior a little cosier, by dimming or removing some of the overhead lighting.
