superb! we came to midday during the slow season and booked on the same day. we sat with a few harbor at the window table. we had the daily menu and wine pairing. the muse bouch was artistic and we knew that the rest of the meal would be amazing! service was also great. we were only happy to get a table in the last minute and it was a recommendation of the local weinguts also personally so it did not disappoint!
the food was excellent, but the service was terrible. first they could not find our reservation, although they showed them the booking confirmation and let us wait while they discussed what to do and then began to see if some customers would not arrive. they finally showed us to a table that said the problem was with the fork. at the end of the evening there were two empty tables, so the bad service was unnecessary. also the waiting service was far below the standard of the previous visit. I'm afraid it'll take a long time to come back
I don't know why this restaurant has one Michelin star. Maybe they want to support above-average restaurants in villages or so. Food was nice but the service was not. They did not know the wine (like present Chardonnay as Carignan/Grenache). We had the biggest tasting menu, but no surprise, they served expensive ingredients in a sadly generic way.
