Très bonne adresse découverte par hasard, vous devez seulement penser à la réservation. Nous avons apprécié l'entrée du dessert. Je recommande fortement.

Food was very good although perhaps some of the pairing flavours took away from the primary component of some of the dishes. Staff was friendly and made good recommendations and the service was good overall.

This restaurant stands out in the crowed. The meals, the service and the atmosphere is amazing BUT is is very French meant in a positive way!The staff only speak French and if your not that strong in French do yourselves a favor and buy a French phrasebook and learn the most common dishes and phrases and you will have a great French dining experience. The local citizens use this restaurant and dress up for the occasion and so should you.The food is amazing topped with a world class espresso at the end enjoying the view of the small town square and the fountain.

What a shame that this otherwise nice restaurant has such an arrogant, dismissive male waiter. The food is very nice, but his utter lack of interest in us was apparent. Why go here when you can get friendly unpretentious people just on the other side of the town fountain at Lou Castellet! (I should note that the lady waitress was pleasant).

A great restaurant in a small town! Ample free parking in the town. There are also several nice post-meal walks to be had from near the restaurant.

We went after the market was closed on a weekday and the town was very quiet. We were staying in Aix and this was the beginning of our trip to wine country (I know, in France, the country IS wine) where we also visited Gigondas, Chateau Neuf du Pape and others.A fabulous salade perigord and equally great chicken brochettes with superior pommes frites. Please visit the toilets even if you do not need to. Their decor, and that of the inside seating area, is remarkable.

Yesterday we spontaneously visited Beaumes de Venise while touring through the countryside, and thanks to Tripadvisor we decided to have lunch here. There was a very friendly welcome when I asked if we and our dog were welcome, and we decided to choose the terrace enjoying a somewhat chilly but sunny day outside. The scene is lovely, just opposite a beautiful old church ( please take a look inside and burn a little candle). We both opted for the menu Decouverte, and this was an excellent choice. The first dish Foie gras de canard au Muscat de Beaumes de Venise scored a ten out of ten: what a joy! The filet de boeuf a la plancha was very good. This was followed by a nice small Cabecou affine and we ended with Le souffle Glace au Grand Marnier. A very good dessert as well, but massive. We combined this with a delicious locally produced Viognier, while our dog enjoyed her bowl of water. What a nice, friendly place with excellent quality food and great staff. Now we know why this is TA's number one in town!

Good range of options on the menus and reasonable price. The goats cheese as a starter was good as was the pork with a lovely smoky flavour. One of the best in the town.
