An institution and reference for almost 30 years on Béziers Le fils dans la chambre est très bon conseil si vous découvrez la carte Les plats sont évidemment faits maison en ce moment et cela signifie un peu d'attente au moment de la précipitation Mais il vaut la peine de profiter d'une délicieuse cuisine vietnamienne thaïlandaise ou laosienne. Nous étions 4, pris 4 entrées, 4 plats et 2 desserts à partager pour explorer la carte et découvrir le plus de saveurs possible Un sans faute avec le sourire et le saké glacé à la fin Je recommande sans réservation

We were slightly disappointed by our visit to this restaurant. Compared to many other Vietnamese restaurants we have visited, Via Saigon's food tended to be slightly tasteless. We tried the pho soup and that was good, but the beef and chicken dishes were very ordinary. There is nothing wrong with the food, but it is not really a place you would consider for a special night out.

we can't say it's excellent but it's not disappointing either the boss provides a cordial and friendly service but the dishes lack flavor and typicity
