We found this restaurant by chance when stopping in Briancon on our way to Turin. They were not too many open in the city, so the choice was by chance. We were very happy of our food and enjoyed our diner. Excellent service

I was surprised by the immense quality of the food in such a touristic place, and for cheap compared to what is around. I definitely recommend the place!

An excellent restaurant in the old town part of Briancon. The lovely atmosphere of the main street of the old town continues when entering the restaurant. Friendly staff, sometimes the dishes are served by the chef personally. The food was gorgeous, I can highly recommend this place to everybody whether on a business or a family dinner.

On entering the old town your nose will lead you to this BBQ restaurant. It's worthy of a stop too! Wednesday nights most restaurants are closed but this is a goodie and one of about 4 open on the grande rue. Everything on the menu is from the region including the rainbow trout which was really good, cooked on the open BBQ. Service was a bit on the slow side but a full restaurant can cause that.

Service was a bit slow initially, but once we had the waitress's full attention, everything was great, although a shortage of starters caused some issues. Food was very tasty and enjoyable and everyone agreed it was a great meal.

We went here on recommendation - the proprietor fitted us in as we were a last minute booking - ate fresh trout and roast lamb - all cooked in front of the open fire in the restaurant. Staff very friendly and accommodating, would def go again when in area.

Very nice restaurant for a mountain diner. Meat is cooked in the fireplace which is in the restaurant room! Classic mountain dishes. Very generous. Very nice staff.
