Following disappointment of not getting a table at our first choice restaurant restaurants in Montauraux village, we drove to this restaurant near the lake. Our disappointment was short-lived as the attentive staff made us very welcome. Both the plat du jour and table d'hote menus were very good. Food was excellent and perfectly cooked across a range of meat, fish and poultry dishes. A really nice surprise for our last meal of our stay in this region.

Uncomplicated but well cooked food. friendly and helpful staff. Pretty good value as well. Veal kidneys were fantastic.

Notre famille de 4 . 2 enfants 2 adults, . Pate fait maison, canard confit the best I had in a very long time. Et les desserts! Tarte aux pommels Normande , chocolate cake, glacé a la vanilla. Excellent.We put it on the gps, we are coming back.They offer pick up paella for 10 to 40 you pick up and bring back the pots. Great!,

Went again recently for lunch - still good and extremely good value :) 16.50 euros 2 course lunch. I had chevre salad and entrecote.

This family-run restaurant is just off the main road, but is pleasant nonetheless, with friendly service. However, the food was rather uninspired (particularly the vegetables) - decent rather than great. Reasonably priced.

Just had lunch at this restaurant - all 12 of us (5 adults and 7 children). It was great. Great food and great service - friendly, efficient etc.. and reasonably priced.Highly recommended. I think someone else has said - don't judge it on location. Yes it is on the road, but do not worry about this.Will eat there again!

We have been coming to montauroux for 8 years and always gave this place a miss due to its exterior. How wrong we were. On the main road from the motorway to the grasse - draguignan road. Not the best spot, and certainly noisy, though may be quieter in the evening as we were there at lunch. But the food, the food. Superb. A real steal at this price. We had a beer each and 2 plats for under 29 euros. Simply outstanding. Try it. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent french fresh homemade food from starters to desserts. With very competitive price. Fantastic service. English spoken. I really recommend it! Bon Appetit!
