this place is opposite our hotel and we unfortunately went to the main area to dinner, which was not very good, came here on the way to home and absolutely well grilled we dined elsewhere, the personal, the ambiente and place is wonderful! we had a nice chat with the...owner who is charming and speaks very good English when we realized our French was very poor! dear man and will definitely eat again when they go through!

I felt more that I was visited in another restaurant of the one visited by other reviewers. . at lunch I sat today in a cool, half empty restaurant that had the air of a railway station restaurant. the service was correct and efficient. I had a piece of pork bell that was probably cooked a bit too fast, but was good. it was served with excellent fries, salat and a gloopy, but otherwise unobjectiv BBQ sauce. not an unforgettable meal, but fairer price. perfect to use.

we used this website to search for a long journey from the south france a restaurant. because it is only a short walk from our hotel, and even if only limited reviews, but all well, we booked when we pass and. after opening for our reservation. beautiful old world restaurant. pretty dark inside with a nice cozy feeling. we felt a bit lonely to begin, but then the locals started to come into paying. always a good sign. loading on the menu, but we felt like just one curs, so all three of us chose the burger maison from any reason. Got to know how many burgers we have eaten between us for a long time, but we all agreed that this was something special. we have eaten in some very expensive restaurants posh burger, but these were different. a real burger from real mint meat over a customs thick, broken when they cut it. several splashes of speck and the most tasty cheese that really gave it a kick, all in a traditional Burger back. a small salat and a massive silver plate made of piping hot real chips and voila! just a burger but exceptional. we had a bottle of wine and four pelforth beer, and the bill came to euro. we couldn't eat or drink. we were all together! we talked to the lady who leads the place whose English is much better than any of our French, and she told us that it was a family business that has been going for years. her man was the cook and her daughter waited the tables. it sounds silly big, a burger too big, but that was absolutely great, how did all that eating past us all night.

a few years ago my wife and I went to this beautiful little restaurant with a very good friend who lives in the city, we enjoyed the food, excellent service and pleasant atmosphere. on a recent trip to orléans we visited L'...Etoile d'or for a dinner we enjoyed again very much. this little bite could easily be overlooked, which would be a missed opportunity to taste extremely good home cooked foods prepared and served by the owners pierre stella, and enjoy the typical French atmosphere, which eventually could be why they could be in frankly on the first place. if they are looking for good food in every country they visit, then they need to look for the places where the local food goes, and as far as we are concerned, this is one of the great little good living. who visits the city of orleans, who is looking for an authentic French culinary experience a bit away from the typical tourist traps, should l' etoile d' or an attempt, they will certainly not go hungry, so save space for a desert.
