The decor is modern perhaps a very new restaurant. Wine glasses attracted us when passing. They serve only 3 red and white local wines by the glass E3. We tried the Corbieres white and 2 reds, all were very good. Service is quite quick but you can linger if you want. We were seated beside a lovely local elderly lady and had great fun talking to her. The food is beautifully presented. On this day we tried pannacotta, melon and jambon served in a glass. A combination of fresh, creamy and melt in the mouth jambon. Mains were large fresh garden salad with lots of jambon and my partner enjoyed a lamb targine with cous cous. This appears to be a restaurant that locals know as it was very busy and not on the main tourist streets.

Staying in the Ibis just up the road and this place was closest of the high ranked trip advisors. Tried finding it and on Monday, Tuesday I couldn't see it the place so didn't think it existed. On Wednesday I was off out and saw the place was open so went it.Glad I did, really small, waitress didn't speak much English but menu was easy enough to read and work out. I had carpaccio for starters and burger for main. Both came quick and very nice, the burger in particular.Very reasonable as well, three courses and small bottle of win was €33. Would recommend.

Read the other reviews and went there. It was a quiet evening and the waitress was really helpful. She spoke english and explained everything to me. Had 3 course meal and it was served quickly. Food was great, service was great & i would definitely recommend it ! Enjoy !

We arrived with a family party of six for a late lunch. The waitress cleared and rearranged a couple of tables to accommodate us. She was very polite and helpful. The food was cooked well and served promptly, through not rushed. The local white wine served with the meal was very pleasant. We agree with previous reviewers that this place is something of a 'gem' - good food, great service and reasonably priced. We will be going back when we next visit Pau.

Simple plates, extremely well executed with a lot of flair. Strong on flavour, presentation and service - English and French speaking waitress. Extremely good value for wonderful food (menu from 12.50EUR for 3 courses.) and wine (11 EUR per litre). An absolute gem.

Very delicious lunch, very friendly service and good value for money. At least the fifth time. And we're back for more!

It was a Friday night and the formula in the restaurant is then fixed. A starter (2 decisions), a main court (2 decisions) and a dessert (2 decisions). Everything we chose was delicious. If we ever stay in Pau again, this is the place we eat. Very recommended!

It was absolutely unacceptable that the cheese (acquired as an entry) was prepared in the morning (according to one of the waiters) and served in the afternoon. The cheese was heated a few hours ago and served cold. In addition, according to 3 customers claimed, no change in the restaurant approach, 2... of them received the same dish heated with cheese in microwave that made it even more plastic.
