refined cuisine, nice presentation of plates, pleasant and impeccable service. the sweet salty well-dosed. We returned there a second time to verify our feeling, it was even more divine. I recommend the foie gras! Everything is excellent. And to say that we were not convinced by the somewhat banal facade of this restaurant, we would regret not having pushed the door. the chief deserves stars, in any case he has made them shine in our eyes!

Food was good but didn't feel welcome with small kids (we have a 4 yr old and a 1 yr old.) It was a quiet Tuesday night out of season, so we thought they might be more grateful for our business. There was only 1 other table. But we spent the meal on tenterhooks and were rushed out the door, with each person's dish cleared and replaced with the next course as soon as they'd finished.

this restaurant a little isolated from the other restaurants seduced us: impeccable service, attentive waiter and especially excellent cuisine. The dishes were as beautiful as good. The foie gras, the bar at the mouth and the desserts were tasty. the wine (a organic chablis) to fall. c e restaurant is worth a visit. Bravo to the chief!

the salt of life in a garden of Eden. The sugar of St. Dizier has your feet.

we came to Saint briac on a market day and we fell by chance on this restaurant. The server was very convenient by installing a table for 4 on the terrace. the dishes were original and very good.

after a nice walk to the dunes of the perron, what a chance to find this delicious restaurant close to the beaches. We've known hermine for 25 years, her mother's house, one of the best cerperies on the coast, but here's no cakes. gourmet menu around 30 euros if you let yourself be tempted like me by small supplements. the best meal of this malignant stay, with amuse-bouche, generous carpaccio de Saint-Jacques lemon/citron green, wild bar net to the moored and to finish a strawberry tiramisu "of contests." Glass wines to stay reasonable, child menu, adorable service. What more?
