Having passed this restaurant located next to the Reception office for Camping Les Sables Vignier, we'd noticed the menus always looking interesting, varied and very sensibly priced. One really wouldn't generally expect such excellent cuisine in a Camping venue, but this was brilliant in all respects. My wife and I chose the 3-course lunchtime Menu du Jour @ around 13Euros and added a demi-litre carafe of local Oleron Sauvignon Blanc, (carafe just marginally pricier than some other restaurants, but well worth the extra 10E). Our entrée was Salade Marine and we expected just a salad with a couple of bits of seafood, but this was more like a mini assiette de fruit de mer, with langousties, moules, crevettes, sauce et salade, accompanie par pain manifique. Main course was a beautifully cooked tranche de saumon ratatouille p-d-t puree. Sublime. Another glass of the chilled local Sauvignon and it was time for dessert, which was a duo comprising dark chocolate brownie and a scrumptious tart (almond we think)Altogether, then food was absolutely wonderful, each course served with a smile and at a gentle pace, which made us feel completely relaxed throughout. And the sun shone too! Parfait. Nous revenons ici bientôt, c'est sûr Merci merci merci
