L'aqua Réserver une table

This looks pretty ordinary from the outside but on the inside it is very different. The welcome is warm and the food is very good. The portions are generous and the two guys running it really try to make your evening a great one. The food is quite traditional and is very well cooked and presented. The wine was well priced and we were recommended something that was interesting and very drinkable. A nice mix of locals and people on the road but everyone is treated to the same excellent service. We stay nearby in the Novotel and this is just up the road and well worth the visit. We had our dog with us but as with most places in France this was not an issue. It is really good to see a restaurant really trying to please its customers and if we can get here in time when we pass through we will definitely be back.

In the subourbs of Reims, quite close to where I slept, I decided to try this restaurants due to the good reviews. It is indeed a good restaurant, they have customers that come back again and again. Food is well presented, and a three dishes menu is around 26 euros. The lemon dessert was really wonderful. Do not expect unbelievable things, just a good and relatively cheap restaurant. The chef and the other guy put of lot of efforts to make things go right. Very good wines at a low price. In some way, the place is also elegant, except for the place where it is built. The bath is very big.

The food is excellent and reasonably priced. We asked for a recommendation for the wine and were also delighted with it. It was certainly worth the taxi journey to and from Reims and we would love to revisit.

Due to other reviews tried to book this both ways on a trip back to blighty, due to holidays was only able to get in on the return. It was well worth the wait. No English spoken but my schoolboy French and the excellent attitude of both members of staff (owners)? left us problem free. We went for the fixed menu which was extremely good value for money and the wine list was not bad either. A decent Chablis, 2 hours of excellent food and very attentive staff made this a dining experience we will not forget. Reims will be a stopover for our next visit as well. I had a tuna salad, fish of the day, some blue cheese and then paid the extra for the taster dish for pudding. I highly recommend this option but only if you have belt room to spare! Loved the place, loved the staff and we will definately return.

Would recommend anyone stopping in Tinqueux to eat at L'Aqua.owner and chef are very friendly and accommadating despite my poor French. Food was very good please note go for the cafe gourmand. It gives you a wonderful selection of the desert

Smallish menu. Not a lot of choices. But the food is divine. The waiter spoke no English - but was charming and helpful. Not a great ambience, but this is excellent French cuisine at fairly reasonable prices. We enjoyed a terrific dinner.

Small place so good idea to book. People very friendly, English limited but everyone very happy to find a way through. Food is excellent, presented with some nice pieces. Well worth a visit.

We booked this after the reviews on trip advisor . The set 5 course menu is both amazing in quality and amazing in value.You should book to ensure a table. Stephane and Pascal cannot do enough for you. Make sure you have the Cafe Gourmand as the patisserie work is par excellence . Having said that the ambience, the food and the service were all excellent.Great work guys.
