A group of eight of us descended on this tiny restaurant for dinner though with reservations! We were regulars under the previous owners, but this was our first visit since the change. Very friendly reception and we were seated at a fine large outside table with good views. Now the exterior is much more pleasant after realignment of the car park. Menu is quite limited, but adequate and the Set Menu is well balanced and very good value. We enjoyed a wide range of the dishes and all were well presented and well prepared. The salmon and beef carpaccio won praise for starters and the lamb chops and sirloin likewise for mains. The special cod was surprisingly good. Wine list is short ... only one Savoy red, but this Mondeuse was good and remarkable value. Overall a very enjoyable evening helped by the quality and the charming staff. Excellent value and highly recommended. But very small capacity and so must get reservation in early!
