very negative opinions (many) are about the winter period. we came in the summer, which allows us to enjoy the tables on the edge of the tank. Several menus and formulas are offered: we chose the "Carentian menu" at 21,5 euros and we enjoyed it very much: good muclade, seiches and potatoes jumped in excellent parsillad, good dessert (lost bread with ice) but the pie did not seem to be made home. The red wine with pichet was mediocre and expensive for the Charentese vdp. The road that passes in front of the terrace is not crowded.
