"Very unhappy with my experience at this Starbucks. I came in expecting normal, friendly service, but instead I was treated very rudely. The girl at the counter with blonde and green hair had a bad attitude from the start — no greeting, no respect, and she kept giving me uncomfortable looks. After that, I noticed she was also rude to other customers. It honestly made the whole place feel unwelcoming. Customer service should be much better than this. I won’t be coming back. My partner was then charged double for the same thing i ordered and was a whole mess to get refunded, all the staff looked sad and had limited customer service skills. All around just miserable"
