My partner was then charged double for the same thing i ordered and was a whole mess to get refunded, all the staff looked sad and had limited customer service skills. All around just miserable"

Le Bon Choix is one of my workplace’s preferred coffee shops. My colleagues and I always very happy with the quality and the speed of the coffee and the service is great. The croissants and Vegemite scrolls (which are hard to find elsewhere) are my favourite breakfast in the morning and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. I’ve never had a bad experience with the staff and Rita in particular is wonderful and very friendly over the many times I’ve gone there since becoming a regular.
I like the macarons here but this particular place is a bit neglected. The building could be quite nice but the floors are dirty, all the glass cabinets are dirty, every table is chipped and wonky. The staff go at a pace that would make a sloth look quick and with so many of the tables piled with used dishes, they continue to just walk past them without cleaning up even when not busy. I’d be mad if I owned this place and this is how it was being run on weekends.
