Typical pub/bistro menu of steaks, salads and fish/chicken. Wines by the glass/bottle and on tap beer choices available. Meals were delivered to our outdoor (but under cover) tables in the Southbank parklands with views of the river and gardens. The music that was a bit more than background but seemed tp dull over time, allowing conversation. The steak/steak sandwich and two kinds of calamari presented were all well received. One calamari was in a spicy coating and in a fresh and tasty salad. The other came with chunky chips, as did the steak choices. As for food:
1. I had the sausage with bacon and cheese.
Strange having garlic butter in the bun. But was okay.
2. Mrs had chicken sliders.
Chicken was some sort of nasty packet ****. For $20 why can't they crumb a few pieces of thigh meat?
Less packet more fresh. Doesn't take any more time for the kitchen, but will make a compounding difference to the finished product(s)
Nice atmosphere. Staff friendly and helpful. No lifts or change tables for kids/parents with strollers. Had chips and they were really nice. They had chicken salt however this seemed to be clumped rather than dusted on all chips. The chips were still really yummy though.
Cereally this place has the best food. The ribs are astounding and the steaks are brilliant. Great range of beers and plenty of stuff to appeal to those food board wankers

Love the buffalo wings. Very wet and more blue cheese sauce would be good but still so good. Very spicy. Good bear and good atmosphere. Definitely repeat customer.

Out of this world steak. Our hostess Emma was an absolute delight! The bar staff lacking a little but the experience was mostly positive.
