"The staff was rude. The cafe was empty, but we were told to move to a different area because they wanted to keep "that" area clean. A family of eleven was not able to sit together due to poor customer service. I would recommend avoiding this place."

Sometimes they are really busy and everything it's prepared fresh so be prepared to wait a bit longer but trust me it's worth it."

"My wife and I stopped for coffee and cake during a long ride and were disappointed by the unfriendly staff at this restaurant. They refused to let us bring our bikes into the outdoor area, even though they allow pushchairs. Our bikes are valuable and we were not comfortable leaving them outside. It seems like they do not want to cater to cyclists, so we decided to leave."

"Superb lunch today in the garden room. Food was first rate and the desserts sumptuous...particularly the Vegan/ gluten free berry cheesecake. The pepper sauce with our steaks was exceptional.Despite atrocious weather the room feels bright,warm and sunny.All the staff were welcoming and helpful.Coffee in the lounge was relaxing.A good start for us all after lockdown!"
