So I went with my family to the 99 restaurant for my niece?s 11th birthday. So they never brought 3 people?s soup, both my sister?s and niece?s meal. Had to repeatedly ask for our orders because they kept bringing out the wrong meals 3-5 times. Also neglected to wrap up our food when asking them to do so. They also charged us for items such as the petite treats as part of their combo meals as well as actual entrees. This whole fiasco took 2-2.5 hrs. They did compensate us for the meal by taking off items and giving us 2 $50 gift cards. Then they Recompensed us again since they charged us for food we never received. The staff is always polite and professional! I like the 99 menu and each server will help you to have your food any way you like! I enjoy the popcorn for a starter and each one always ask if I would like another helping of popcorn because the initial one disappears rather quickly m! I usually say no, but thank you!
Dependable food, I got shrimp bowl and my wife got a bacon cheeseburger. One thing I was really impressed with during our most recent visit was how the staff kept quick service coming despite 1. how busy it was (full on a Wednesday night! and 2. how many tables each server had.
