Ace Burger - Réservation de table

This is one of those places where I'm very torn when it comes to coming here. The food is always really good. Doesn't matter if it's a hot dog, fries, chicken burger, poutine, whatever. Never had any issue with the quality of food. Wish the serving sizes were bigger however because it really is quite good!However: the service staff are some of the most unfriendly, unwelcoming people I've ever dealt with. You feel like your being ignored even while you're ordering. No friendly greeting. No positive communication. Made me feel like I was inconveniencing them when I placed my order.And the inside of the restaurant is so loud that even with only a few people you basically have to yell at the peo...

RIP ACE Burger.Went 2 days ago and ordered 2 Burgers and some fries and a drink.One of them was a gluten free bun and paid extra for it.Honestly something is terribly wrong going on. Food was very very average and the gluten free bun was worse than a piece of cardboard.The most irritating thing was the person on the counter. Extremely horrible, pathetic and bad attitude.If you can't greet and smile to any customers, why the hell you take up this role....Never wanna go again...

I called ahead to ask if they offered gluten-free buns, and they confirmed that they did. However, when I arrived, I was told that they were out of them. The only alternative was a salad, and they served my undercooked burger wrapped in a large piece of unwashed lettuce. It was inedible, and I was extremely disappointed. I believe they need to better train their staff. Dietary accommodations: They don't handle dietary restrictions well.

The smash burger is good and I like the chill ambience of the area. However, the service really wasn’t great. I don’t know if the guy at the register was just new but service was slow and even though the burger was ready he didn’t let us know until way later. Also order was wrong and even the customer beside us had some issues with order. Personally wouldn’t come back. Réservez une table maintenant

Been wanting to try this place for a while, finally can check it off the list. Might not go back, very underwhelmed. Food was so-so, had better burgers. Staff didn't know what was in the salad or what kind of dipping sauces they had.And the dining room was messy. There was food crumbs on the floors under the tables and on the benches.

Had a smash burger and fries today. Oh man... seriously the tastiest burger I've ever had.It's a mess to eat but the patty is delicious, the bun is squished but so sweet and soft, the pickles are crunchy and the onion has just enough bite to it. Fries are really good too. Oh, and it was only $5 (Tuesdays only).Try. This. Place.

Probably one of my favorite places to go and grab a really tasty burger. But my favorite burger is definitely the grilled chicken burger in my opinion. But I've tried all the burgers and they are all great, it's a place that everyone should at least try. It can be a bit pricey but it's worth it for a freshly prepared burger.

Wow! I've never had such an incredible experience ordering a burger! The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was fantastic, and having a beer with my meal was a definite plus! I tried the veggie burger, and it was by far the best burger I’ve ever had—I've tried a lot of them! Réservez une table maintenant

The atmosphere was incredibly inviting, and the cashiers and staff greeted us warmly as soon as we walked in. :) The burgers were AMAZING—packed with flavor and so juicy! They also offer vegetarian options like veggie burgers and salads.

Ace is one of my favorite burger places to visit. The food is fantastic, and the staff is great. It is a wonderful place to visit and get a great burger.
