My partner and I have been coming here for the past three years on Pi Day for our anniversary (Pieversary! and we have never been disappointed. Everything we've tried has been delicious, the staff has always been beyond helpful, and the atmosphere happy.We've tried various pies throughout the years, including the pot pies, and love em all (can't speak of the cakes, cookies, or cheesecake . ? Lobster. Pot. Pie, people!!! I appreciate that they have fruit juice sweetened pies, and even the cane sugar sweetened variety are not overly sweet. Cannoli pie is our winner for taste this year, but they're honestly all good.Thanks Achatz!
I called ahead about a pie, they had one left and offered to hold it for me. I gave my name and said I'd be there within an hour. When I walked in 45 minutes later they were selling it to someone else. Lame apology and said I could wait for one to finish baking. This was a 40 mile round trip for me. Totally disrespectful and lousy customer service.Adding that the customer service person at the main office was very helpful and will look into my issue.
I stopped by today for a late lunch and was really disappointed with the hand lobster pie. There was way too much crust and hardly any filling, and I only found one or two pieces of lobster meat, each no bigger than my pinky nail! That's really disappointing! On a positive note, the hand cherry pie was, of course, delicious!
I tried a slice of the Turtle cheesecake and was quite disappointed. I recall when it was made with an Oreo crust and pecans, but this time I received a standard slice of cheesecake topped with caramel and chocolate syrup, lacking the pecans, all sitting on a graham cracker crust.

It's ok . The pies are always good and fresh . They've changed their Tuesday deals . I use to be buy two and get one free. now it's buy three and get one . I guess everyone has to make their money somewhere.
Good customer service and pies are the best wouldn't go anywhere else. Plus they have pies and soup to take home for dinner. Coconut cream and banana cream plus four berry absolutely the best!!!!
Everything was perfect! The carrot cake, pecan pie, apple pie, and key lime pie were all delicious! Plus, the service was always friendly and welcoming. Keep up the great work, everyone!
Always very happy with whatever we buy. They were fully staffed for Pie day and the last minute drop ins shoppers were helped very quickly. Great job everyone!

My wife I had the heart shaped cherry cheesecake with chocolate on top. It was great! It was perfect. The service that I received was excellent. I will return.
