Looking for traditional Ethiopian locals, I have been found in Tübingen. At first, the entrance is somewhat needy and not very welcoming. But if you have dared to come in, you will be kindly greeted and will be assigned a place. The map is clear and includes all essential Ethiopian dishes. The Kitfo (Rindertartar) was excellent and the portion was also very generous. There are deductions for the salad leaflet, which has tasted too much for “touch dress” (most Ethiopian restaurants are not known to make the dressings themselves unfortunately). But the rest was good and worth a recommendation.

I really like this place. they have many options for vegans and all are delicious. I always go with the mixed plate where you get a bit of everything. the staff is also very nice and the prices are very good. also the portions are quite large, especially because they can get so much injera (ethopian flatbread) as they want, so that they definitely do not let starve there.
we went to an early dinner and had luck getting a table without reservations. the place is a little hidden in a back alley. I had the vegetarian trying to try out teller, everything was really good, some sauces were spicy others mild. they had several vegan options, characterized as vegetarian. the service was attentive and friendly
friendly people, nice eating. also the minze tee is really good. I would recommend getting the vegetarian probational to check everything. if they are two people, I would get one of them and a Shero-wool that is not included in the probational, but super!
We tried all three vegan options (Messir, Alicha and dinich Wot) and can recommend them all. They dishes were all well seasoned (differ in their degree of hotness) and the staff courteous. Not especially cheap but still all right.
