Afternoon tea at Radisson Blu Edwardian Heathrow

Booked especially for mother's Day so called before hand to make sure they received my dietary requirements. They did not receive my booking from OpenTable and could not fit us in. Terrible experience with OpenTable and Radisson Heathrow.

Impeccable tea service with excellent sandwiches and cakesThe scones were perfect with coddled cream and excellent strawberry jam as was the staff.

I couldn't choose where to sit. I asked to have the cubicle seat against the wall but was rejected by the staff.
