Auf dem Jeton steht 1 Kaffeegetränk . Als ich den einlösen will, geht das nicht. Milchkaffee geht nicht , sagen sowohl der Barista wie auch die Chefin. Eine Mail an den Unit-Manager [hidden email] beantwortet dieser nicht einmal. Eine Kunden-Bindungs-Massnahme ist meist nur so gut, wie die Leute sind, die sich das ausdenken. Oft sind solche Konzepte aber blosser Quatsch. AIR-Leute, lasst 's bleiben.
Nice newer restaurant inside the Zurich Airport (Flughafen Zürich). Interesting decor based on an airline/airplane theme. Has a cafeteria style setup with a grill, lots of dishes and cuisines to choose from. Has an outdoor deck where you can watch the airplanes taxi, take off, and land while eating. Lots of seating available. Great place to eat upon arrival or before a flight.
Man bestellt zuerst und bezahlt dann an der zentralen Kassa. Die Betreuung durch den Bestellungs-Empfänger am Pizza-Posten war dürftig bis unfreundlich, ebenso das End-Produkt, sehr schade! Die Preise sind eher hoch, Preis-Leistung ist leider nicht intakt.Hier profitiert man vom Gast kurz vor der Abreise, Wiederholungsfaktor gering!
Wenn es schnell gehen muss, ist das Air Restaurant eine gute Möglichkeit. Die Pasta wird frisch zubereitet und alle geht schnell. Die Einrichtung bringt einem in Flugstimmung. Personal an der Theke ist freundlich, im Restaurant selber eher unmotiviert. Obwohl sehr gut besucht, findet man rasch einen Sitzplatz.
