I was really anticipating a nice meal and a decent experience. Service was off and the timing of the kitchen was a nightmare. After we ordered drinks I was about to give our waiter our first course orders and she insisted that we give her the entire order so the kitchen can time it properly . BIG MISTAKE! Allegria is located in the heart of Carbondale Colorado. My husband and I were surprised to discover fine dining in a mountain town, and Allegria did not disappoint. Sitting at our outdoor table, we had a wonderful view of the town, as well as the constant stream of locals arriving for dinner on a Monday night. The restaurant was super busy, but none the less, provided excellent service. The menu offered a wide variety of mouthwatering selections. We have gone to Allegra in Carbondale, Co since we moved here in 2015. Always was excellent. We know there is now new ownership. We Really enjoyed all the new choices on the menu. My Sole filet was excellent. The really big thing we missed was the fabulous bread Allegra always had. The breadsticks that are being served now were pretty boring. Everything else was great! Please work on the bread. Thanks.

The food was tasty and the atmosphere was elegant. The service was a little slow, despite it not being very busy. If you're looking to spend a little more for a fancier dining experience, this is a good place. Food was excellent. Everything we had was delicious. They have a nice selection of wines too. For dog owners, very dog-friendly establishment but you have to be seated outside. Outside tables are basically on town's main street so the view/atmosphere is not the greatest. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Food is delicious and the staff is so incredibly accommodating and friendly. Even though it's a fancier restaurant, we never feel awkward bringing our toddler in there as the staff are usually so happy to see her and go out of their way to make our experience enjoyable.

Generous portion of chicken parm with a fantastic gravy, although my wife's risotto was on the smaller side but tasty. They used to offer several dishes gluten free, but apparently current staffing limits that offering right now. We'll be back! Réservez une table maintenant
