Avoid at all costs. I made a booking on Airbnb for the next day, it was charged on my credit card and they waited until 6pm of the day of the arrival to send me a message saying they were fully booked. I have worked in 7 different hotels so I can tell you that this recepcionists are doing a terrible work. Waiting until 6pm to inform a guest that they are fully booked, when they already knew it since early morning is unacceptable. They made me book a last minute room and the cheapest one around was 250chf, an extra 150chf…
Das Hotel ist schön gelegen. Super Restaurants und der See in der Nähe. Die Zimmer waren sauber und man hatte alles was man so braucht. 2 Sachen haben mich gestört zu eim war die Lüftung im WC so laut, dass ich kaum schlafen konnte bis die ausging. Zum anderen Quitschte mein Bett sehr laut bei kleinster Bewegung Ansonsten war es ein Top Service und das Frühstück war auch gut ausreichend! Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis passt!
Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist gemütlich. Die Wirtin hat uns persönlich bedient. Die kleine Portion Spaghetti Carbonara mochte zu gefallen. Hingegen konnte das Wildschweinkotelett nicht überzeugen. Der Gesamteindruck war befriedigend bis gut. Der Parkplatz vis-à-vis der Kantonsstrasse ist kostenpflichtig, aber bequem zu erreichen.
Nice practical Hotel. Cozy rooms. Very comfortable beds. Slept like a Baby. Breakfast was not bad and filling. Highlight was the salmon! Just one minus point: wall plugs are a bit less. Für ein Paar Tage in Thun oder Umgebung empfehlenswert. Zimmer sauber. Check-In und out schnell und problemlos. In Corona Zeiten die Rezeption nicht immer besetzt. Check-In per Schloss-Safe Parkplatz öffentlich kostenpflichtig. Sehr viele Parkplätze gegenüber dem Hotel.
