Al Ponte - Réservation de table

Do not eat here. When our meals arrived i was told that my meal would be another 5 minutes. After 15 minutes my meal still had not arrived but my wife had almost finished her meal, so I asked the waitress for a discount because the meal was so late. She told me that was not possible and so i asked her to cancel it. She went to see the manager who came back with the meal and said that there was no discount and that if I didn’t want the meal then i would have to pay for it. There were not even any apologies. After all this I couldn’t eat the meal because the veal was tough and overcooked. I will never return.

Great location, comfortably furnished, maybe 2-3 fewer tables inside would be more. Pizza 5 stars , freshly prepared and tastes very tasty. The kitchen itself has a lot of room for improvement for the prices. Staff work too long at a time and therefore service unfortunately falls by the wayside. Appeal to the management of the restaurant, be sure to work on these points mentioned otherwise it will take its toll relatively quickly. Coming back for the pizza.

A pizzeria run by amateurs!! Everything that could go wrong went wrong. Unfortunately, exactly one of the nine people at the table received the correctly ordered food. Unfortunately, one person received nothing at all... We were also given empty promises that some things would be taken off the bill, but this was not the case. The best thing about this restaurant is the Coca-Cola from the bottle

We stopped here after walking around the city and visiting the Schloss Thun. We had a couple beers and brick oven pizza which was fantastic. We sat on the first floor which is actually below ground level by a a meter or two so there...are not great views but the food was very good. Prices were reasonable for Switzerland. Very unfriendly waiter Cheap salad with catastrophic ready-made sauce We hadn't even eaten the salad when the pizza arrived Pizza is better at the kebab shop across the street. Don't know the word mozzarella, it was probably some cheap mixture.. catastrophe!

What an organized, professional staff. The restaurant was full on the terrace and inside but this waiter in the blue shirt was so relaxed and always personable and friendly. the food was so delicious. miss this place already.

Sit beside river with beautiful view when was sun set.Very nice Italian food than other restaurants tried in Swiss with reasonable price highly recommend!

We ate outside on the Aare, super romantic. The food was very tasty and the service was very good. We'd love to come back. Réservez une table maintenant

Very good pizza top service and at the end we were even offered the best espresso in all of Thun.
