It was miserably hot inside of this establishment I can't even believe the people are still in there working, it was hotter in there than it was outside. I felt so bad for the employees. So if any of you are the district manager reading this you need to get into that store and fix the air conditioning it's insanely hot in that store. It was completely empty void of customers and it's probably because of how miserably hot it was in there. The employees very very friendly great customer service considering they were in that hot box.This was the store On 98th Street in Albuquerque.If the health department were to walk in there they would probably shut it down because of how hot it isn't there.
Should have learned our lesson from service last time. Came in at 11:05 for early lunch. Not 1 customer in building nor have I seen 1 to go order leave the building. Ordered a cold sub and a salad and we were told 25 minutes to receive order. We ordered from the lunch specials menu. I don 't know how they stay in business. The employee was knowledgeable but unfriendly. When asking about our order at 11:40 we were told they were now prepping the salads. Better call way ahead if you think the food is worth it. We are finally leaving with our food at 11:47. UNACCEPTABLE!
This restaurant is not recommended. Despite hearing positive reviews, I found it to be overpriced and disappointing. The pizza was thin and floppy with a chewy crust. The fire eater pizza was hot and tasty, but the Hawaii pizza fell short. Overall, the experience did not give me a reason to come back. The staff seemed stressed, and despite the restaurant being spacious, it was empty inside. It took 45 minutes for the pizzas to be served, and I ended up spending $60 on two pies.
Usually, this place has great service, and their pizza is great. But, today I called to make an order for my workplace to order 7 pizzas, and the person on the phone gasped! He told me he would ask his manager if they could do it; the guy came back with, We need 24-hour notice for that. The tone was rude and it is only 7 20-inch pizzas. Their loss and I 'll never think of using them for anything more than a small order.

So this place by far is the best pizza I have ever tried in ABQ the workers are so cool and energetic very understanding. At my visit I got a free large pizza the lady was so nice I just love her definitely coming back !! Well worth my time and money
The owner should consider investing in refrigerated air for the summer, as it was way too hot inside the restaurant. The food was good, but not my first choice for pizza. Overall rating for food: 3 out of 5.
Surprisingly worse than I remember. The spaghetti was watering, the garlic bread was old and has the texture of an old boot, the pizza was mediocre at best. What happened? Wow.Food: 1/5
Was in Albuquerque for 5 months and this was one of the best pizza places we found! Loved it! Thank you Amadeo's! We will definitely be back when in the area!!Food: 5/5

Order me takeout on two 20' pizza.. price was not too bad. Pizza were fantastic, very friendly workers. Waited for 20 minutes or so.. like to come back again.
