The flavors here are a little different than what most Lebanese cuisine in the area is like. The first time I ate here, I was left wishing that I went someplace more familiar. The Fattoush didn't have any lettuce, which left me wanting more, and the Lemon Lentil soup was very heavy on the lemon. Regardless, I was glad I tried it. My mom and I recently went back because we were in the area and hungry. I'm glad I gave it another try! The food at Anitas Kitchen was fantastic. We had been wanting to try it for a while, especially since my parents were visiting from a small town in Montana and were eager to try Lebanese cuisine. We also have a gluten sensitivity, but Anitas Kitchen was able to accommodate us. The service was excellent and the food was outstanding. We will definitely be coming back to this restaurant. I have a baked falafel plate, lemon lens soup, pita with fried falafel, hummus, fattoush and comminuted lens soup. the winners were the hummus, fried falafel pita and crushed lens soup. the fattoush was really wet (all veggies were soggy,) and the baked flafel wasn't even room temperatures of warm. if they are in this area, they have better opportunities for hummus and falafel to follow.
I like anitas kitchen. I was plant-based at the time and the waiter was very helpful to help me choose options that meet my requirements. eating was quite tasty and the tastes were on place. it has a very nice facility and many seats for larger parties. there is also an extensive wine list. I also know that they have vegan desserts from local bakeries.
